Mechex Global provides:

• Short-term and long-term robotics leasing
   
• Rental of warehouse, agriculture, and care robots
   
• Consultation and onboarding services
   
• Support and maintenance during the lease/rental period
   

All rentals are subject to contract and equipment availability.

By using our site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract
   
• You are acting on behalf of a business (B2B leasing only unless otherwise stated)

Our leasing and rental services are governed by individual lease agreements provided before engagement. Key conditions include:

• Duration: Lease terms vary (e.g., 1–24 months)
   
• Payments: Recurring or upfront as agreed; prices exclude VAT unless stated
   
• Returns: Equipment must be returned in original working condition or charges may apply
   
• Maintenance: Covered as part of the lease unless damage is due to misuse
   

Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or relocation of equipment without consent is a breach of contract and may result in early termination fees or legal action.

All rentals or consultations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or delay provision based on inventory or technical limitations. We’ll notify you of changes as soon as possible.

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT. Payment methods may include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or online payment portals.
We reserve the right to change pricing, correct errors, or update billing terms without prior notice.

You may cancel a lease request within 14 days of initial agreement unless equipment has already been dispatched.
For longer-term rentals, early termination is subject to conditions in the lease contract. We do not offer refunds once the lease period begins unless there is a proven fault that cannot be remedied.

All content, branding, visuals, text, and media on www.mechexglobal.com are the intellectual property of Mechex Global. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any part of this website without express permission.

We handle all personal and business data in accordance with the UK GDPR and PECR.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
