Lindsey brings more than 28 years in health and social care, alongside business and leadership experience. Her focus is safeguarding children while preparing them for their future.
Provides senior oversight as part of the leadership structure supporting Mechex Global’s direction and accountability.
Brings extensive children’s residential care knowledge and provides additional guidance as the service develops and maintains its practice.
Responsible for day-to-day operation, safeguarding practice, care planning, staffing, supervision, quality assurance and partnership working.
Provides strategic oversight, safeguarding assurance, regulatory oversight, quality governance and management support.
Supports governance documentation and the management framework around the company’s quality and ISO work.
Support staff are there day and night for the everyday moments that matter, with training, supervision and placement-specific guidance around them.
