First conversation
Share timescales, presenting needs, education status, risks and what a good outcome would look like for this child.
Matching
We consider the child, the household they would join, staffing, therapeutic capacity and whether we can genuinely keep them safe.
Welcome with a plan
If we can offer a place, the child meets a key worker, sees the home, and arrives with a plan that includes voice, education and family contact where safe.
